Soul Healing sessions do not come with any guarantee of a specific outcome or result. Each healing journey is unique and results vary from person to person.

Clients are encouraged to seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional regarding any physical, mental or emotional health concerns.

All sessions are offered as complementary wellbeing support only. Participation in any session or service is voluntary, and clients accept full responsibility for their own health, wellbeing, choices and actions.

No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes or results from any session, as each individual's experience and response may vary.

Online sessions are offered for spiritual and wellbeing support only and may be subject to the laws and regulations of the client's location.

All information shared during sessions is treated with the utmost confidentiality and will not be disclosed to any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

Soul reading disclaimer

Soul Reading is an intuitive and spiritual practice intended for personal reflection, self-awareness, and inner exploration.

The insights shared during a Soul Reading are not a prediction of the future, a guarantee of outcomes, or a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

I do not diagnose, treat, or provide therapy. A Soul Reading is not intended to replace support from qualified professionals when needed.

During a session, I share the intuitive impressions and insights that arise through my connection with your energy and soul. You are always encouraged to use your own discernment and inner wisdom to decide what feels meaningful and aligned for you.

You remain responsible for your own choices, decisions, and personal journey.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Appointments are scheduled in advance to ensure dedicated time and space for each client. By booking a session with Nalie Tcha, you agree to the following policies.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. Your session can be rescheduled at no additional cost.

If you choose to cancel your appointment without rescheduling, your payment is non-refundable.

Missed appointments and no-shows are non-refundable.

By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Thank you for respecting the time, energy, and preparation that goes into creating a sacred space for your healing journey.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to your appointment, the session will still go ahead but will finish at the originally scheduled time.
No additional time will be added, as we need to respect the time of the next client booked on the day and the full session fee will still apply.
You also have the option to reschedule your appointment, however the session remains non-refundable.

Practitioner Right to Cancel or Reschedule

Nalie Tcha reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment if necessary due to illness, personal circumstances, or unforeseen events.

If Nalie Tcha needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment:

Clients will be notified as soon as possible.
Clients may choose to reschedule the appointment or receive a full refund.

Nalie Tcha is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the client (such as travel or accommodation expenses).

Online Sessions

Online sessions are offered as a convenience for clients and require a stable internet connection. Nalie Tcha is not responsible for technical issues outside of its control, but reasonable efforts will be made to reconnect or reschedule if necessary.

By booking a session with Nalie Tcha, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these policies.
