Shamanism is one of the oldest healing traditions in the world, practised across many cultures and continents for thousands of years. At its heart, it is based on the understanding that we are not just physical beings — we also carry emotional, energetic, and spiritual layers, and that many of life's difficulties have roots that go beyond what the mind can see or understand alone.
Shamanism is not a religion. It does not require any specific belief system. It is simply a very ancient and very human approach to healing.
A shaman is someone who has been called to this work — not trained in a classroom, but gifted through lineage, ancestry, and lived experience.
Every shaman carries a unique gift. These gifts are not chosen — they are inherited through family tradition and spiritual calling.
A shaman acts as a bridge between the visible and invisible worlds — between what you consciously know and what is quietly shaping your life beneath the surface.
Many shamanic traditions do use trance states, drumming, or journeying to access the spiritual world. My gift is different — I do not need to enter a trance state to connect with the spiritual world.
I connect directly, consciously, and immediately to the soul of each client and to my spiritual guides.
This makes the work grounded, accessible, and clear — and means you remain fully aware throughout.
No — and this is intentional. True shamanic knowledge cannot be learned in a classroom or obtained through a certificate.
It is passed down through ancestral lineage, lived through family, and transmitted from generation to generation through spiritual initiation and tradition.
My training comes from a Hmong shamanic family where this practice has been carried for generations.
What I bring to each session is not a qualification — it is an inheritance.
